Daily Balance

The total electricity consumption amounted to 120 GWh, with a peak of 6 598 MW at 20:30. Renewable generation supplied 85% of the consumption, with wind standing out at 57%. The balance of trade with foreign countries was import, with 2 GWh. So far this year, renewable production has accounted for 79% of the national electricity consumption.

Energy Balance

Consumption concerning the power stations’ net generation, on the selected day, on the equivalent day of the previous year, monthly cumulative value and variation compared with the same monthly period from the previous year. The value of consumption corrected for the effects of temperature and the breakdown of production by primary source – coal, natural gas, water, wind, sun, biomass, and others – are also presented. In addition to the daily energy values, the peak value (maximum instantaneous value) observed on the selected day, for each of the primary sources, is also presented.

Water Balance

Energy inflow into hydroelectric dams on the selected date. In the case of run-of-river dams, since they have reduced storage capacity, their daily generation is used as the value of the energy inflow. For small hydro, their daily generation is also used as the value of the energy inflow. The energy stored in all reservoirs on the selected date is also shown.
